Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Contact our customer service team immediately to begin the return process.

Contact our support staff via email to request a return authorization. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and mark it with the return authorization number. Ship the package back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in situations where the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges are subject to item availability; if not available, a refund or replacement might be provided. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to our error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, immediately contact our customer service with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for such items and arrange for a refund or replacement as necessary.

Items purchased from external vendors or third-party sellers are not eligible for returns through us. Please review the return policies of these external entities before purchasing.
